Minimum Booking Requirements:

Bliss Cruise requires that all attendees be at least 21 years of age.

Per the Bliss rules, all staterooms must have at least 2 people, with one male and one female. Single passengers will be allowed on the ship in a cabin only when accompanied by a couple and staying in their cabin. Singles can join in a triple or quad room, however. Please note that this is a ship charter rule and not within our control. Learn more>
Payment & Cancellation:
Full payment is due at time of booking. Payments are refundable through October 27, 2025 less a cancellation fee ($950 pp / $1500 for suites), and non-refundable thereafter; but you CAN transfer your stateroom booking to a future Kinky Cruise or Bliss Cruise through December 25, 2025 (transfer fees of $125-$250pp apply). TRAVEL INSURANCE:

What Happens After you Register:
The Kinky Cruise staff will confirm your stateroom type availability and book your stateroom. This typically occurs within an hour but could take as long as 1-2 days. If your chosen room types are not available, we attempt to book your second or third choice. If not, you will be given other options such as a different room type or a waitlist. Once your booking is made, you will get an email confirmation. Please ensure the booking information on your confirmation is accurate. Please submit a ticket if anything is not correct or contact us at support@concations.com or by phone, text, or WhatsApp at 571-969-2463. We usually respond to tickets immediately or within an hour or two, but response could take up to 24-48 hours.. Your booking is not made until you pay your deposit or balance in full If booking after 10/15/2025. Your registration is subject to the registration terms. If we do not receive your deposit or payment in full by your Payment Deadline, we may cancel your registration. Refunds are subject to the refund policy and refunds may not be provided, or may be subject to the Cancellation Fee. You may be able to reinstate your registration later if the room is still available. If your room category is sold out, you will have the option to book a more or less expensive category if available. Payment in full must be made by the Payment Deadline or your room or registration may be forfeited. If you are not able to pay your deposit or any payment when due, please message support@concations.com. We cannot assist if we do not hear from you. If the ship is sold out, you will be provided with information about the wait list.
PASSPORTS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Check your expiration date now!
Make sure your passport is not going to expire during your travel dates. Please do not wait to get or renew a passport as it can sometimes take months. If you are renewing or getting a passport within two month of the event, you will need to utilize expedited service. We highly recommend guest sail with their valid US Passport book. Note: It is important to check the expiration date on your passport to confirm that it will still be valid at least six (6) months after your travel dates. U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end at the same port in the U.S.) may use your official government-issued Birth Certificate and a supporting government-issued Photo ID, denoting photo, name and date of birth, if you do not have a valid US Passport. BOTH documents must match the name on your reservation. Otherwise, it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding. A "birth certificate" is issued by a government agency (federal, state, county, city, etc.). This document is legal proof of citizenship that can be used by U.S. citizens for certain international travel. For states that have a "short form" and "long form", whichever document is government issued with the guest's full name, birth date and US birth place (city and state), is acceptable. A "birth notice" or "Certificate of Live Birth" issued by a hospital or other type of medical facility but it is not an approved travel document. Non-US Citizens will require a passport and the necessary visa for entry into the United States. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.
When Should I Travel?
Recommended travel dates are
April 24 or 25 through May 2 or after.
We do NOT recommend flying on April 26, the day of embarkation.
If your flight is delayed and you miss the ship, you will miss the entire cruise.
Book the Kink Hotel Package if you need a hotel room the night before the Cruise.
Where Airport Should I use?
Fly into Ft. Lauderdale, airport code FFL.
The Kink Hotel included airport transfer is only available from the Ft. Lauderdale airport.
Other options are West Palm Beach (PBI) or Miami (MIA); however, you will have to arrange somewhat expensive transportation to the Kink Hotel or cruise ship port.

Other Terms
A deposit is necessary to confirm your reservation. Failure to make payments or make final payment on the due date may subject your reservation to cancellation. Any special pricing, promotions, offers or discounts of any type offered by the cruise line for one of their regularly scheduled voyages are not part of the Bliss Cruise program and will not be honored. In addition, some cabins may have limited amenities during a Bliss Cruise charter, including Celebrity loyalty program status and benefits. Some rates may vary slightly due to differences in specific cabins. Rates are subject to change at any time and may be subject to additional fees as a result of increases in operating costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs or taxes prior to the departure date of up to $70 per person per the Celebrity and Bliss Cruise booking terms. Additional costs for Gratuities, Government taxes, Port Charges, Security and other fees are not included in the cabin price per person. Prices are subject to change or adjustment due to error. Package amenities, programming, events, excursions, workshops, presenters, and package terms and included items are subject to change. These additional fees will be listed separately from the cabin price as one amount in the Bliss Cruise. The fees are subject to change as defined in the previous paragraph. Bliss Cruise controls all inventory on the ship and there may be a situation whereby a cabin change may be made within the same cabin category. Should this occur, Bliss Cruise will provide a $100/cabin onboard credit. All cabins and bookings require double occupancy, one male one female. In the event a client arrives at the dock unannounced as a single, they may be denied access with no refund. However, on a case by case basis, Bliss Cruise may allow the client to board with a minimum of a $750.00 charge. The terms of the cancellation policy and fees are subject to change and are specific for each cruise. Cancellations must be in writing by emailing your cancellation request to support@concations.com. Passengers understand and agree that Bliss Cruise, Concations, and the cruise line has a zero tolerance policy for illegal activity and shall report such activity to the appropriate authorities. Bliss Cruise, Concations, and the cruise line may also change accommodations, alter or cancel any activities of, deny service of alcohol to, confine to a stateroom or quarantine, search the stateroom, property or baggage of any Passenger, disembark or refuse to embark any Passenger at any time, without liability, at the risk and expense of the Passenger, when in the sole opinion of Bliss Cruise or the Captain, feel the Passenger's conduct or presence is believed to present a possible danger, security risk or be detrimental to himself or the health, welfare, comfort or enjoyment of others, or is in violation of any provision of their terms. Should one passenger in a cabin be ejected from the ship for any of the above reasons, all passengers in that cabin may be removed from the ship without refund. Celebrity, Bliss Cruise, and Kinky Cruise may ban or remove any guest for any reason at any time for any violation of the ship or event rules or code of conduct, legal violations, or for any other reason at the discretion of Celebrity, Bliss Cruise, or Concations. No refunds will be made in such cases. Concations and Bliss Cruise act only as an agent and shall not be responsible for acts, delays, interruptions, cancellations, expenses, loss of life, injury, hospitalization or omissions of the cruise line, airlines, hotels, resort operators, transportation companies, other cruise lines, tour operators and any other suppliers providing services. The event is subject to change for reasons outside of our control or for any other reason, including but not limited to dates, presenters, workshops, programmed events and offerings, equipment, excursions, prices, availability, package benefits, etc. All included items, benefits, package premiums, and other programming or scheduled items are subject to change. In the event the Kinky Beach Excursion to Pineapple Beach is cancelled, Kinky Cruise and/or Bliss will make efforts to replace that item, but in any case no refunds can be made. The Kinky Beach excursion will occur rain or shine and is not refundable.
Triple and Quad Rooms
If you book a triple or quad room, please keep in mind that these rooms typically either have a small sofa bed that opens up to accommodate two guests, OR they include a small sofa for one and a bunk bed. But also please note that these quad and triple cabins are primarily designed for families with children, so the bed configuration is on the smaller side. If you have a preference as to whether you would like one double sofa bed or a single sofa-plus single bunk bed configuration, please specify when booking and we will make all efforts to accommodate your request (but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so). Please also note that the ship may have some variation in configuration and we cannot promise any specific set up, other than booking a room that Celebrity has designated as a triple or quad room.
